James had a corporate career in the city of London, with an economics and finance background. He became involved in property in the late 1990s and decided that this "hobby" was actually far more interesting because he could help create solutions for people without the need for "hard sell tactics" and the "continual pressures" demanded in the city. James really enjoys beating the finance companies at their own game by negotiating down high charges and redemption figures, stopping repossessions and clearing bankruptcies on behalf of his clients. Through a network of support and contacts (including solicitors, brokers, accountants, investors and other property companies) he has a very efficient system in place for buying property quickly. This means he can spend time working with you to figure out what's best for you - and that doesn't always mean selling your property if there's a better way for you.
